By supplying some basic information about the classes you teach and what time you run each class, you can easily track who has paid in advance for each session that you run.
There is no need to supply costings. Instead, all you need to do is supply a subscription start date and end date for each student that has paid in advance. Any session you run will auto-populate with the students you should expect to arrive.
